The Opportunity

CTOs and CIOs at large enterprises, Global Capability Centers, and IT services companies are now under pressure to deploy AI that works inside their security perimeter, delivers measurable ROI, and goes live in weeks, not years. lowtouch.ai is purpose-built for exactly this buyer.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for this buyer. You will build pipeline, run discovery calls, deliver demos, and work deals through to close. You will have a product with strong differentiation (private-by-architecture, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, outcome-based contracts), a clear ICP, and a founding team that supports sales with technical depth and executive access.

This is an individual contributor role with significant growth potential as we scale the sales function.

Why This Role?

A product that sells itself on security. Every enterprise buyer who has been burned by shared-cloud AI eventually finds their way to a private-by-architecture solution. You will be talking to buyers who already understand the problem; your job is to show them the fastest path to solving it.

Short sales cycles. We target mid-market to large enterprise buyers with clear automation mandates and budget authority. POC-to-contract timelines run 4 to 8 weeks for well-qualified accounts.

Geographic runway. Our primary markets (India's GCC belt, US enterprise, UAE enterprise) are early in agentic AI adoption. You will be building territory, not fighting over saturated accounts.

Commission with no ceiling. We offer a competitive base with uncapped commission tied to closed revenue and account expansion. High performers earn significantly above OTE.

Support, not bureaucracy. You will have direct access to the founding team for executive-level conversations and technical support for demos and POC scoping. No approval queues.


Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

  • Identify and qualify target accounts in the Enterprises, GCC, and IT Services segments using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting tools
  • Execute outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls with CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, and IT Director personas
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and AI forums to generate warm introductions and build brand presence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on inbound campaigns and follow up on leads generated through content and events

Sales Execution

  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover automation pain points, budget authority, and decision timelines
  • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's specific use cases (ITSM, AMS, operations automation, and others)
  • Manage proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with support from leadership
  • Track pipeline, activity, and forecast in HubSpot with consistent hygiene and accurate stage management
  • Work with the solutions team to scope POC engagements and ensure smooth handoff post-close

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing changes, and market positioning to sharpen our differentiation
  • Share customer feedback and objection patterns with product and marketing teams to inform messaging
  • Build and maintain a network of referral partners including systems integrators, consulting firms, and technology resellers

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • 2 to 5 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, IT services, or AI/automation
  • Demonstrated track record of generating pipeline and closing deals with mid-market or enterprise buyers
  • Comfortable leading discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and prospecting platforms (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write compelling outreach and clear proposals
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with limited process overhead

Strong Advantage:

  • Experience selling to CTO, CIO, or VP Engineering buyers at enterprises or GCCs
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or cloud infrastructure products
  • Existing network in the Indian GCC ecosystem, US enterprise IT market, or UAE enterprise market
  • Experience with channel sales, reseller partnerships, or co-selling with systems integrators
