Product Manager, Enterprise AI Automation

  • Posted: March 19, 2026
  • Location: Remote (India Preferred)
  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management (Enterprise SaaS, AI, or Automation)
  • Type: Full-Time

The Role

lowtouch.ai is an enterprise agentic AI platform with paying customers, active POCs, and a product in production across multiple enterprise verticals. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap, drive go-to-market execution, and build the structured PM function that will take us through our next growth phase.

This is not a coordinator role. You will define strategy, make prioritization calls with real trade-offs, own the customer discovery process, and work directly with the CEO and engineering leads to ship what matters. If you have spent years wanting to own a product end-to-end in an environment where your decisions stick, this is that role.

About lowtouch.ai

lowtouch.ai deploys production-ready agentic AI for enterprise automation in 4 to 6 weeks. Our platform is no-code for business configuration, private-by-architecture for enterprise data security, and built around Human-in-the-Loop controls so enterprises retain oversight of every agentic workflow.

We are SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. Our clients are CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders at global enterprises, Global Capability Centers, and IT services companies across the US, India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Our contracts are outcome-based: clients pay for results, not licenses.

Why This Role?

A live product with real customers. You are not building something from scratch with no validation. The platform is deployed, customers are using it, and you have concrete feedback to work with from day one.

High product influence. The founding team has deep technical and sales knowledge but is looking for someone to own the product function structurally. Your roadmap decisions will directly shape what gets built and in what order.

A market with urgent enterprise demand. The shift from pilot-stage AI to production agentic automation is happening now across enterprise IT, operations, and services. The PM who can articulate this shift, build the right product response, and enable the sales team to execute it will shape a significant market outcome.

Direct leadership access. You will work alongside the CEO and the engineering leads daily. No layers between your recommendations and the decisions that follow.

Remote-first with real flexibility. We measure output against clear OKRs, not presence or hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the Product Roadmap

  • Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technical feasibility
  • Prioritize the backlog across feature development, platform stability, and integration depth based on customer impact and business value
  • Run agile rituals: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with engineering
  • Establish structured PM processes across discovery, delivery, and measurement for the first time at lowtouch.ai

2. Drive Customer and Market Understanding

  • Conduct ongoing discovery interviews with enterprise buyers, active customers, and churned accounts to identify unmet needs and product gaps
  • Analyze competitive positioning across the agentic AI, RPA, and enterprise automation landscape
  • Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles with specifics on company size, vertical, buyer persona, and automation maturity level
  • Translate customer and market insight into product decisions with clear reasoning documented for the team

3. Execute Go-to-Market

  • Partner with sales to build and maintain product positioning, demo narratives, and objection-handling guides for each ICP segment
  • Create POC templates, onboarding playbooks, and success criteria frameworks that reduce time-to-value for new customers
  • Develop pricing and packaging recommendations informed by customer research, competitive benchmarking, and contract data
  • Work with marketing on case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content that drives enterprise inbound

4. Measure and Iterate

  • Define product KPIs covering adoption, POC-to-production conversion, feature utilization, and retention
  • Implement lightweight product analytics to track engagement and identify friction points
  • Run structured feedback loops with customer success and sales to surface signals early
  • Use data to defend or challenge roadmap priorities in leadership conversations

5. Build Market Presence

  • Contribute to the lowtouch.ai AI Academy content program with product-informed insights on enterprise automation
  • Support the weekly podcast and LinkedIn thought leadership initiatives with product perspective and guest introductions
  • Represent lowtouch.ai in industry forums, webinars, and enterprise AI events

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)

  • Product roadmap v1 published and aligned with engineering and leadership
  • ICP definitions updated and validated with sales team
  • At least 3 enterprise POC engagements converted to production contracts with PM-led enablement materials
  • Competitive differentiation playbook delivered to sales
  • Product analytics baseline established with weekly reporting cadence

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years in Product Management with direct responsibility for an enterprise SaaS or AI product
  • Demonstrated experience launching and iterating on products used by enterprise buyers (not only SMB or consumer)
  • Strong technical understanding of AI and automation concepts: sufficient to have credible conversations with engineers and enterprise IT buyers alike
  • Experience running customer discovery, building roadmaps, and managing engineering backlogs in an agile environment
  • Strong written communication: you can write a clear one-pager, a product brief, and a customer-facing slide deck without a template
  • Data-driven decision-making: you know how to instrument a product, read the output, and change course based on what you see

Strong Advantage:

  • Experience building the PM function at an early-stage or scaling B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, LLMs, RPA, or enterprise workflow automation
  • Background in enterprise IT verticals: ITSM, AMS, operations, or cloud infrastructure
  • Exposure to sales-led growth models with long enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary benchmarked to senior product roles at enterprise AI companies
  • Remote-first, flexible work with no time-tracking or presence requirements
  • Direct influence on company strategy and product direction from day one
  • Learning budget for PM tooling, conferences, certifications, and research subscriptions
  • Access to a network of enterprise AI customers and industry leaders through the role

How to Apply

Send your resume and a brief product case study (written or slide deck) showing a roadmap decision you made, the data and reasoning behind it, and the outcome, to careers@ecloudcontrol.com
