Our Vision: As an emerging technology, we aim to capture market share within the next 3–6 months. Currently, product management is handled by the Founder & CEO and the Co-Founder. We are looking for a strong product leader to establish a structured product management function and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead the Product Management Function
- Establish structured product management processes from scratch.
- Develop a clear product strategy & roadmap, aligning it with business priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement agile workflows, backlog management, and roadmap prioritization.
2. Customer & Market Research
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis to refine lowtouch.ai’s positioning.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand automation needs and pain points.
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key product differentiators.
3. Product Roadmap & Execution
- Own the feature roadmap, prioritizing development based on:
🔹 Enterprise adoption potential
🔹 Technical feasibility
🔹 Sales & customer insights
🔹 Competitive positioning - Define KPIs for product success, including user adoption, PoC conversions, and retention.
- Establish an iterative feedback loop to refine lowtouch.ai’s product-market fit.
4. Sales Enablement & GTM Execution
- Work closely with sales teams to create:
🔹 Product positioning & sales enablement materials
🔹 Demo scripts & PoC templates
🔹 Refined pricing & packaging models - Collaborate with marketing to create:
🔹 Enterprise-focused content (case studies, whitepapers, success stories)
🔹 Sales collateral & competitive differentiation playbooks
5. Expand Market Visibility & Thought Leadership
- Leverage LinkedIn & our weekly podcast to enhance industry presence.
- Research and bring in guest hosts, industry leaders, and AI automation experts.
- Develop thought leadership content that positions lowtouch.ai as a category leader.
6. Data-Driven Growth & Continuous Iteration
- Implement product analytics to track feature adoption, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use A/B testing & telemetry data to improve UX, onboarding, and retention.
- Monitor customer behavior and feedback to refine product-market fit.
Key Success Metrics (First 3–6 Months)
📌 Enterprise PoC Adoption – Number of pilots successfully converted to paying customers.
📌 Sales Enablement Effectiveness – Increased sales conversions due to product training.
📌 Feature Adoption & Stickiness – Frequency & depth of customer engagement with the platform.
📌 Podcast & LinkedIn Growth – Increase in audience engagement and brand visibility.
📌 Process Maturity – Establishment of structured product management workflows.
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✔️ 5+ years in Product Management (Enterprise SaaS, AI, No-Code, or Automation preferred).
✔️ Proven experience in launching & scaling enterprise products.
✔️ Strong technical understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise workflows.
✔️ Expertise in defining & executing product roadmaps in Agile environments.
✔️ Strong background in customer research, GTM strategy, and sales enablement.
✔️ Highly data-driven, comfortable using analytics to drive decisions.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
➕ Experience working in early-stage startups.
➕ Exposure to B2B enterprise sales cycles & pricing models.
➕ Thought leadership initiatives (podcasts, blogs, speaking engagements, etc.).
➕ Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
