Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (2–5 years) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and sales development within the IT/SaaS domain. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, HubSpot, and other tools.
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build and nurture client relationships.
- Support sales cycle activities, including proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads.
- Assist in managing official company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook).
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to support brand visibility.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and campaign results.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong interest and knowledge in IT/SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation is an added advantage.
